If you have been convicted of a DUI in the State of Georgia you are required to complete a Drug and Alcohol Evaluation and possibly treatment by an approved provider. Georgia Behavioral Services is an approved provider and will assist you every step of the way to ensure you understand and meet your requirements to get back on the road driving safely.

Treatment is NOT Mandatory for a DUI, however, treatment may be recommended based upon your evaluation. If treatment is recommended then you will be required to complete long or short-term treatment as determined by the evaluator. If you do not agree with the evaluation then you may seek an opinion from another approved provider. After, the second evaluation DBHDD must approve your request to seek a third evaluation.
