Our outpatient drug and alcohol program at Georgia Behavioral focuses on the individual. Upon admission to the program, the individual must complete an evaluation. Afterward, the therapist and patient will work together to develop a treatment plan to get her on the road to recovery. Drug and alcohol counseling consists of individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, and recovery support.
Our staff is specially trained in the MATRIX model to address the complex needs of individuals with co-occurring disorders and comprehensively treat the whole person.
